Just a 4-door stripper with 350/350. But that's a lot of car for around $2,000.
Looks like they went to town with undercoating underneath, and Armour All.

Default 1976 Catalina sedan, time capsule!

Wow, only showing 2700 miles. Looks like a low option model except for the wire wheel covers. No telling what the reserve is.

There is a dealer up in Quebec that has two or three mid 70s Pontiacs like this, with under 10K miles. A Lemans and Ventura have been listed in Hemmings for years. The name of the outfit is Jon Scotti, or something like that. He buys them from wherever, and puts a Fort Knox price on them. He'll own them until he goes bankrupt or dies.
I wonder if that's where this Cat will end up.
