Nice touch to the Quezal gold paint and black interior. Sure stands out from the standard body colored wing, no? |

I LOVE IT!!!
I have a Quezal Gold Vert and always wanted to put a wing on it and thought of doing it black. Did it come that way or did you just paint it that way. There was an option code for it wasn't there?

It seems this spoiler is an unpainted repro. I think they came this way? Not sure off the top of my head. All this car needs is some honeycombs and Judge emblems! |

FYI: 71 Judge offered the no cost "black spoiler" or WT-7 option. Had to be Cameo White as well. RPO 604.

She's a beauty! Can't beat an OO 70 Judge for that go-fast look that says: "Come on with your big ol' bad self and let's see what you got!"
Congrats! Looks like a nice restoration as well. BJ

Thanks guys - I can't take any credit for the restoration, but must say it is beautifully done. Here's some more undercarriage shots as requested

Don't know if you'd wanna see mine. It's not so much a survivor as a victim (original paint, original rust, original dents). Mechanically sound though.

Don't be shy, I'm sure we've seen (owned in my case) worse!

Here's mine. Baltimore built early November and shipped to Australia and converted to RHD. Sold as a new car in Melbourne Jan/Feb 1970. Still wears the original issue number plates. Was originally Baja Gold but the previous owner painted it a colour close (that's how I console myself for the colour change LOL) to 70 Burgundy in the mid 80's.
I bought it in 89/90 when I was 18 and am the fifth owner. Matching numbers 350HP still in place too. I just got it out and drove it for the first time in ages tonight, thought I'd better take some snaps. It's got some lumps and bumps and bits needing TLC etc. but I love it and can't imagine ever being without it! |

The right hand drive is a real shocker when you are use to seeing a left hand drive. Good parts are hard enough to find for a normal GTO, I can't even imagine how hard it would be to find the right hand parts. That GTO would be a real conversation piece at a car show here in the US Very Cool

No, the previous owner's name was Rick (gto66yellow) and he completed the restoration. He bought the car in California, I've attached a pic of when he first picked it up in 2006. I now have a cardomain site up with plenty of pictures for anyone interested (click the first link in my signature).
