LOL! Yes, not sure if they have that reg in other states, for those that don't know in NC you are allowed to drive a scooter to get to work, etc. after a DUI conviction.

yes you can drive a liquor cycle in NC with no licence & no registration.
I want to know what it means "HAD power windows & doors"?
