I'm thinking the same thing. In other words, they don't want to supply a title with it but for $1500, they could get a new attitude about doing it.

My thoughts exactly. I'd process lost titles all day, for $1500 a pop.
You could tell him to 'keep' the title though, one of the perks of living in Georgia.
