Default 81 pace car

found an 81 pace car in junk yard. no rust very straight body pannels but hood is bent. interior fair uncut dash no cracks. seats good slightly faded t tops good center console missing lid, widshield cracked original rims, moter and transmition. he gave me a price of 1100 I would either fix car most or keep the seats and part the car out. he will only sell whole car not just seats. any thoughts on this deal. He also has 3 early 400 moters with turbo 400 trans mitions for carb to pan with acesories and brackets said 300 each or 700 for all three any thoughts opinions about this thanks for your help

Do you have any pictures? Where are you located in Florida, I wouldn't mine getting one of the engine/transmission's if they are worth rebuilding.

Sounds like a good deal to me, what's it doing in a yard? I would fix the car, especially if the drivetrain is intact. You could probably buy it and flip it for $2k on these boards, it'd be worth saving either way, imo.
