Our book has a really nice pic on how to identify one. Look for one with a TV cable, then look at the drivers side portion of the case. There is a large "cam lobe" shaped casting line running up thru the cooling lines.
The only other positive ID without running tag numbers is to remove the oil pan and look for the auxilary valve body and hydraulic line running to it.....Cliff
