Good pick....the headlight is the ever so popular nylon cam gear....go on LS1.com...the fix for it is posted....

Thanks for the tip, I did the Fonzy thing and the display came back!!!!! That will have to work for now.

02 Hawk, Thanks for the tip on the headlight motor gears, I ordered the metal replacements so I will take car of that when they arrive.

And I pleasantly suprised, with the power and torque of the 3800 with the manual!!!!! I think it would be the perfect Drive line transplant for a 75-80 Sunbird or Astre being at least 1000lbs lighter would be really fast!!!!!!!
