I would suggest setting up a g-mail account and uploading a ton of pictures onto Picasa. It's Google's free photo hosting service and way easier than emailing pics to everybody. You can add detailed descriptions for each shot.

As for the car, most of the Tempest and Lemans cars I've looked at were under $10k. Actually, I can't think of one over $10k unless the top came down.

I just sold my '66 Skylark for $9k and had over $14k into it. It is a tough market for the "junior" cars like Skylark, Lemans, Cutlass, etc. Even the big boys prices are way off.
