Keith,
I stated the wrong second magazine. Not "Car Craft" but the January 1972 Issue of "Super Stock and Drag Illistrated".
I could scan the articles and E-mail them to you. Would that work?
Eric

Yep - I'm receiving them and getting organized as we speak.

Eric's "kids" sitting in front of his house -

Eric's '68 Bobcat convertible, as well as the Blackbird and Jim Wangers' Judge, which Eric maintained here in Detroit for about 18 years.

Per Eric:

"This photo hangs at Duggan's Irish Pub on Woodward in Royal Oak, upstairs above the photo of Addison's '67 GTX, Silver Bullet.

The photo also hangs next to the Silver Bullet photo at Beau Jack's restaurant on Maple Rd at Telegraph in Bloomfield Twp.

Gary Cocran owner of Beau Jack's, his family owned the famous Maverick's Drive In on Woodward. Gary grew up with the Adams twins who dad was from McMannis, John and Adams advertising agency. Gary would drive the Adam's '69 Trans Am convertible that Jim Wangers had set up for them with a Ram Air IV, four speed and air conditioning. And you guys thought that they where all Ram Air III's. It was born as a III but Wangers had it made into a IV. The family still owns the car.

Gary's other good friend was Steve Mair who's father was VP of GM. Steve owned several Chevy Camaros and a '70 Chevelle that beat the '67 Silver Bullet."

My car was supposed to be next to the Tiger at the 2009 Woodward Dream Cruise, but I had to go back home due to a very bad Sciatica attack. I made the CoVention and The Indian Uprising, but I missed Norwalk and Woodward. Major bummer!
