Where did Steve get his color/equipment breakdowns on the UnKnowns - but no VIN on the UnKnowns ?

The sheet from 1989 of Fred S. showing 10 Auto's and 7 Manuals is what has me asking all this. As in - is this list really right and Fred was wrong - did Fred make a small error when jotting in the tranny numbers ? Or does this list have room for improvement in light of Freds transmission breakdown ?

Just trying to get clear here.
