Mid-engine Firebird prototype thread for reply

I for one would like to know what happened to the Adams / Lamar mid-engine 2nd Gen Firebird prototype.

Was it crushed, or sitting in the corner of some warehouse now?

Alvin, that mid-engine 'bird is mentioned and pictured in this 2010 interview with Herb Adams, but not many details.
