I built my headers with a stock block and std E-heads and it came out fine. I ran into a problem when it came to the cold side. The turbo moved out far enough that I had to modify one V-band to make it fit.
I got lucky and relized my mistake about halfway through mocking up my cold side. I took a chance it got lucky I only had lengthen one side. My problem was when I went from a .041 head gasket to a .081 when I installed the "real" heads on it. I wouldnt worry about the headers, have at it. |
