I have a picture somewhere of the starting grid of Daytona 500. The first 5 or six rows was almost all Pontiacs..Believe it was 1961 when Marvin Paunch won it in a 60 Pontiac..Smokey's #20..

And to this day it's still boring, especially with no Pontiacs. Why Toyota? They never have made a car that could be called a 'Stocker' for racing. But all of a sudden they're in NASCAR. That became the low point of racing. Next thing you know Nissan, Fiat, and the other foriegn crap will be on the NASCAR tracks.
