Regarding Tony Stewart's remarks: It sure is funny how his opinion has changed since he became car owner and has to pay to repair the damaged cars. Unlike his Gibbs racing days, when Joe paid the bills.
Regarding Kyle Busch and Hornaday: When Kyle wrecked him, Ron Hornaday was racing for a Championship! Totally different situation than some BS retaliation by a couple of back of the packers! On Danica and Sam:The NASCAR Officials were probably surprised that both Hornish Jr and Danica were still running and going to finish the race, which is rare for the both of them, that they let it go.

Have to laugh at all these open wheel drivers coming to NASCAR thinking they can make some big noise. Juan takes out a jet-drier trying to race hisself under caution and now Sam goes from the penthouse (winning Indy) to the outhouse when a girl b*tch slaps him into the wall for repayment, maybe there's some open wheel envy going on here, no different than the Andretti's and Unser's in their day tring to get into the "bootlegger" sport.

Wrong on 2 accounts, Tony never took out anyone til they messed with him first when he drove for Gibbs or now. I take it you missed when he and Vickers were having an on track disagreement at Sonoma and Tony ended up on top of the tire barrier last season???????? I follow Tony each and every week in NASCAR, and because we live within a 100 miles of Eldora we get to see him race there on dirt when he has enough time in his schedule. The first weekend in April we watched him run with the All Star Sprints in Northern Ohio and he isn't the one that usually starts feuds, but if he feel you screwed him on the track he will definitely retaliate, not a doubt in my mind. Last few laps of the feature he and a younger driver were going at it and the guy did something that didn't sit well with Tony and when they were coming into the pits after the race Tony hit the guys car and ended up rolling over his own car, of which he fully owns, Haas has no stake in that outlaw sprint car whatsoever. Speaking from personal experience I've wrecked other cars and my own when I was wearing all the hats, owner, driver, crew chief, and ended up working all week to put it back together plus paying out of pocket for parts. Your not weighing out the work and the money involved when someone takes you out, that is all trivial when the adrenalin is flowing and it never enters your mind. Making sure they aren't going to finish any better than you do is what is the prime motivation at that moment. Is it right?, no but it's all your thinking of at that moment. The last thing on my mind was what's this gonna cost and how long am I gonna be working on it. |

What his beef was about is the carnage that needs to stop at supperspeedways and there needs to be a permanent solution instead of a band aid on the wound that has festered too long, see previous post for more about this problem. |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() If he was as bad as you claim he would have no respect in the garage area, that isn't so. I believe I follow his career closer much than you do and it's just not a fact. Citing one clip isn't going to condemn him, sorry not buying it.

Hornish is currently #4 in the points in the Nationwide Series with 265 points, a top 5 and 3 top 10 finishes. Sam's average finish this year is 11.6. Danica is in 11th place with 187 points - only 7 points ahead of Trevor Bayne who has missed 3 of the 8 races. Danica has only 1 top 10 finish (8th) - and that was only because 2 late race cautions allowed her to (1) get back on the lead lap and (2) pit and take tires with no loss of position. Danica's average finish this year is 20.9... Danica isn't good enough to carry Sam's jock - and I'm NOT trying to say that Sam is the greatest driver in NASCAR... |

And as Sirrotica so eloquently pointed out, NASCAR is going to counsel the little princess. |
