Slide A Links are made for manual transmission tranny's for Strip cars or street cars. If you do a lot of street driving - you will DEFINITELY get a better "ride" from Slide A Link

Cal - Tracs are more for strip only. And are more adjustable. Great for Automatic strip cars.

Both work fine in their intended use.

If you have a 2nd gen F-Body.... you don't need much of anything unless you are faster then 10's
