Got the rebuilt clock, door solenoid and new front speaker back in the car this evening. And everything actually works now! Even the high speed position on the heater box, now that the new engine harness is in place. Now i just need the new radiator and I can bolt the front back together.

The solenoid and the clock came from Frank Rosenzweig in Sprng Hill, Florida. [email protected] He was the guy that you posted the link to. He had a rebuilt door solenoid in stock and also had a rebuilt original clock as well (not a quartz conversion). I have to send him back the old solenoid core.
I got the new 4x10 dash speaker from these guys: http://www.turnswitch.com/speakers.htm. Fit perfectly in the original dash bracket. |

No, he didnt need the clock. BTW, got any nice red, rear side marker lenses? I only need the lenses, not the potmetal bezels. Mine have melt marks in them from when they installed the tail panel. Lots of little melt marks from the welding sparks.
Anyone know who reproduces an accurate trunk mat? I need the heavy rubber one, not the cheapo repro that is thin vinyl. Even a nice used one would be acceptable. |
