Atta' Girl,
Im out of town this weekend helping a friend pick up SD with my truck and trailer. Well while being gone there is a little car show back home Im missing out on. I told Momma to grab the kids and the SD and hit the show and enjoy. She did it, yeah thats right!
She had never even started the car let alone knew where the keys where but yesterday she grabbed our 6 year old son and his friend and brought them both to the show. She said allot ah jaws dropped when guys saw a girl ripping the TA and she loved it. She said she had done allot of bounding with the automatic car and enjoy the show. The best part is out little fella even feel asleep in the car on the way home.

Just so proud of my better half I thought I'd share the story with all you fellow car guys. Sorry no pictures to offer but will get some when she's driving it at this years poci.
Cheers,
Brew

Good. I don't know when they ended making them, but I found one in storage yesterday. Front has GM in glass. Back is textured as opposed to smooth. It's dated '81 and stamped Wagner too. Took a picture of an original one too.

She got there late and people kept telling her they would have voted for her but they already had handing in there votes. So no Momma didnt win but still had allot of fun.

Chris, I have not yet stuck a deal with the current owner. I just drove it 166 miles last weekend and been bounding every chance I can.
Someday I hope since Ive always wanted a Silver Formula since my Dad drove one home back in 1975. It wasn't an HO car but left a life long impression on me.

i had a 73 firebird with a 455HO as an every day driver back in the mid 80's. love my round ports. have a 74 SD sitting in the garage waiting it turn for a rebuild, plus a couple more 71's. just need to hit the lottery.

Is that like Tom S's standing offer Jim?

If we make it out to the great white north do we get to flog one of your cars?

Jim,SDD and Brew have all offered to let me drive their cars. The only one I have driven is SDDs 455 HO Formula 4$p. We took it on a beer run once, I chirped the tires and got a dirty look from the owner
