Default 1970 GTO

Decided to part with my 1970 numbers matching GTO. Near as I can tell all the original parts are there. When I bought the car it had a MSDS ignition, a 68 intake and a Edelbrock Carb which were all removed and replaced with originals. The radio hole was cut out so I found a nice original bezel to install. While installing the new bezel I added rally gauges and an AM/FM Stereo. I still have the original instrument cluster to go with the car. The car needs nothing and is ready to enjoy. If you are looking for a concourse show car this has that potential but is not there now. Car was originally red with black vinyl top, currently burgandy with the judge stripes. there is no rust issues that I know of and I have not found any evidence of bondo in the car. Additional photos and information on request. Asking $22,000 OBO

yes, the top of the bumper is painted, I haven't tried to remove it cause I don't know what they did to get the paint to stick to chrome....figured I'd be opening a can of worms I really didn't want to mess with yet. the car was painted burgundy when I bought it

Were the panels painted at different times? It could be the pics, but it appears the colour isn't very uniform from panel to panel?

The passenger door was touched up at one time (midway down) and the nose needs repaint. it is possible they did the nose and passenger door at the same time. This is how I bought the car, I haven't done anything to it paint wise. No one else has ever mentioned the color at the local shows so it may be the pictures apart from what I mentioned above. thanks

AC needs the compressor replaced, which I have a rebuilt unit that needs to be installed. haven't gotten around to it as I'm spending all my time restoring a 67 vert.
