I currently have 9.1 to 1, what would I need for a cam and compression ratio to hit over 1K hp?

If you can make peak HP above 7500 RPM, approaching 8000 RPM .. > 1000 HP *should* be possible with 11 to 1 compression.
Ideally I'd want around .950 lift at the valve. If your heads have the CSA and run around 450 CFM or better on a flowbench? and intake/carb to match requirements.
