Whats the saying... two sides to every story and the truth lies somewhere between???

30+ years in business to business as a service tech many times caught in the middle between what sales sold and what customer bought. That old saying always applied. Sometimes most of blame was on the sales side other times it was the customer who was more to blame. Maybe 3 incidents I recall where our sales person was totally to blame and once for sure it was the customer (a former employee). Everything else fell in the area somewhere between.

I've no dog in this fight not going to take sides. I do think this forum, especially the race section, is not the right place or way to resolve this matter.
