Ok, I did my timing advance check. Here are the results. I did change out the weights and springs last year so they are NOT stock anymore.

A couple of interesting observations. I do not have any trouble starting this car, even when hot even though timing appears to be too advanced at idle. Also, the timing mark would occasionally "jump" out of sight (maybe a misfire?) and the timing light seemed to flash rapidly (crossfire?) at times. This occurred only at idle and 1000 rpm. Any speed above that it seemed to disappear. It would appear to me that I need a slightly heavier spring than what I installed. Any other thoughts?
