OK, Jimmo keep up the good work. will be standing by waiting for the availability of the idler pulley extension. So I ca start to work on that side of the serpintine system.
Got a notice from the PO that they are holding a package too large for the mail box.
Should be the Sanden compressor with a serpintine pulley I bought on E-bay.

Just got the other pieces in from the waterjet. here is a pic of them in raw form. both need a little work to be bolt on ready but at least they are finally here.
The aluminum will receive threads at the top two holes and a counter bore on the other mounting hole to keep the bolt head away from the path of the belt.
The smaller steel bracket will get a threaded spacer welded to it to accept the ac bracket. This will perform the same function as the 1" thick aluminum one I made previously.
