If memory serves me correct, the late Mitch Adams here in Tulsa had one that Steve Ames bought. I think it was painted black but Midnight Green underneath.

it was vedero green black interior auto, all numbers matching with the original spare in the trunk. i told mitch about it and took him over there and bought it for 1350.00 and we drove it home.
when i found it the judge the owner told me that his neighbor had bought a 69 firebird triple black HO and might sell it. i bought it for 2500.00 and it only had 50k on it.
steve ames bought it from mitchs mom after he died and then i heard steve sold it to gary cave. anyone know if gary cave has a 69 vedero green convert?

What year did mitch pay $1,350 for a matching numbers, driveable judge convertible? My guess is 1978.
