I need to think about getting a shotgun and finding a place to put it. tough with a 3 year old who just learned to open doors. Hmmm

Why not mount it in your closet on the wall above the door. Easy for you to reach but almost impossible to see or reach if you're 3 feet tall.

I've raised 4 and have always provided safe storage and easy access. Yes, something to consider....
