You have a great fit on that trunk lid, aligns really nicely with the backs of the quarters and really nice up the sides too! That's always a tricky area to get nice, often the factory fit wasn't great (especially the left side at the rear). A little cheater touch is to ream out the taillight bolting holes a touch, the factory tail panels were off a touch and the taillights always slant a bit inwards.

North, that is too funny you mention that. Mike and I finished up the day by looking at the tail light bezels and he says "I will open up those holes a little to straighten up those bezels".

Every single 69 GTO had that issue, I guess the stamping or piercing at the factory was off spec
