The worst part is I sat there watching people pay millions, over and over, for a car that will never be driven but a half dozen times in their life, and I'm trying to figure out where to come up with twelve hundred bucks to give to Dennis to restore my steering wheel. I guess it's all perspective ain't it? Still think I'm happier driving my old 64 than worrying about if someone is going to lean against my million dollar show stopper, I'd rather drive!

Nobody at that auction spending any kind of money, works for someone else...that's the perspective.

There are a lot more people that can spend the money to buy this car in this country than we all know about. I know two guys that could have bought that car and have plenty of change to spare. You would never know that they have that money based on the house they live in and the car they drive.

Both own or have owned their own companies.

$1200 for a steering wheel sounds foolish to me.
