What's wrong with leaving it there? Sounds like a lotta work for a truck. Caked on oil is a good protectant,just unsightly but shouldnt really matter on a dd? Just my opinion

lowes has a cheap electric pressure washer for under 100 bucks. works great.

That's my thought also. It's what was used as undercoating for years
