Almost looks like the only difference between the 1bbl and 4 bbl crank is more holes drilled into the 4bbl cranks counterweights.

How do the journals look will the crank need any machine work or just a polish?

that will vary from one crank to the next
only part of rotating assembly that differs from 1 to 4bbl was the damper and bearings
