Over the past year, a new building was built next to the Shoprite, a stones throw away from our offices. One of the businesses that moved into that building was a sports bar/restaurant from 2 miles down the street called Via Marconi Pizza Pub. They finally open the new location last week.
Here is their website: http://viamarconis.com/ All of the pictures on their site are of the previous location but I'd imagine the menu and beer selection is the same. In the attached picture of last year's openhouse, the dirt area above the Pypes trailer (on the far left) is where the new Pizza Pub's building is now. Need any more details? Steve

Yes, it's an all weather event. We have lots of paved areas and indoor space also, if the need arises.
(but don't use the R word)

We're trying a bunch of new things this year to alleviate the long lines for food. One of the changes we are offering this year is food delivery.
The kids from the Souderton HS basketball team, who cook and server the Hatfield meats pork products (baby back ribs, hotdogs, pepper/onion sausage sandwiches, rib patty sandwiches, pulled pork sandwiches, drinks, etc...), will be walking the show fields and taking food orders. You'll be able to place an order with them and have them deliver your order 10 minutes later, right to your car spaces. All at no additonal cost. No standing in line. No carrying an arm-load of food. Heck, you don't even have to leave your chair if you don't want to. Just look for the tall kids wearing Souderton HS basketball shirts carrying trays of food when lunch time rolls around. Steve
