Man I love these recent '66s
This one looks real straight!
Panels look good but hard to tell with something 47 years old if its untouched.
Sure looks to be factory finish,
but notice how off center the strip placement top to bottom is.

Very Cool, hope someone saves this one.

those stripes arent OEM
I cant figure out why these guys think an unrestored car needing total restoration is as valuable as one thats already done.
Looks like its about 2x the price to me.

on another note has anyone found a source for the rubber plug in the oil filler tube?

Did Someone put side marker lights on this 66 Tempest Sedan? Or are they some kind of stick on reflectors? #1 of Jeff's latest finds.

At first I thought it might be, but it looks to be more of a peel & stick pc.
Only seem to see them on '67's ? The one in that ad is '67 as well

That is odd, I wonder if it was a local ordinance or specific plant thing? I have owned at least 10 67 A-bodies and non of them have had those reflectors.

Thumbs down Another lost cammer.

You may recall this '68. She was for sale on the web for a few years.
Don't know if the issue was the price or condition but now it's lost it's sole.

Isn't the VIN tag on the Oregon Tempest on backward?

Yes and it does not have the original star riviot. It looks different than the one on my 66 but this might of been built at a different plant. Looks like a repaint it might have been removed for that or a repair somewhere in its life, or not legit....
