At first I thought it might be, but it looks to be more of a peel & stick pc.
Only seem to see them on '67's ? The one in that ad is '67 as well

That is odd, I wonder if it was a local ordinance or specific plant thing? I have owned at least 10 67 A-bodies and non of them have had those reflectors.
