Did you decide what you are going to do for your Key West trip.

Phil

My wife booked the first 2 or 3 days at a resort in Islamorada that a friend of hers recommended. The idea of just winging it for the whole week was out of her comfort zone (lol). After that we'll improvise our way down to Key West and back. Got some great suggestions on places to see along the way so I'm sure we'll be busy. Hurricane Hole is on the list, thank you - just hope it doesn't become one for real and of course, Sloppy Joe's.

My son and I stayed at the Islander Resort a couple of years ago during a fishing trip, real nice place for Islamorada. Warning there's a place called Ziggey's (not sure of the spelling) that we stopped for a steak dinner, that turned out to be over a $100. bucks before tip. No real friendly, and the food was so,so. Am sure you will have a great time, and the ride won't be that bad if it's not a weekend.
