The 2nd picture posted by s2k1 would be fairly easy to cast up as it is actually 2 runners systems. Do the work properly and would could use one mold for both sides if you got the stagger right.

If I were spending the the money to put a RamAirV in my Firebird or GTO I would not worry about the hood clearance. I would want the best intake manifold you could make. I would make the adjustment with a cowl induction style hood. The RAV is not original to the car, so why worry about using an original hood. Just my 2cents.
