Is the same carb that Dale Cubic sells? From what I can tell, it looks the same.

... it does ... BLP makes all the parts for my carbs, as they do for many other carb builders, they are bad azz !!! ...

X2 BLP makes some nice parts for Holleys. (as does David Braswell).
