if you open the pic up and enlarge it you can see it was borderless with round corners. Most of my family pics all the way up to the early 70's still had a white border with square edges. Mid to late 70's seems to be when they dropped the borders and rounded the corners. so my guess based on that and the wide whitewall radials is between '75 and the early 80's.

Just a note on the last post- these days it's easy to make any photo look old with tools available in iPhoto, Instagram, etc.
