HAHA! I'm gonna kill a puppy if you don't buy it.

I had a similar incident. I went looking for a used truck on a car lot, any truck that had been on the lot the longest. They have to pay taxes so they make bigger deals on cars on the lot over 90 days. I found one and made an offer. Of course no takey on their end. The manager came over and tried to guilt me into his price. I told him I'm trying to buy the truck but he's keeping me from leaving with it. Him, POed greatly. I left. The salesman called the next day and tried that "someone else" routine above. I just told him to sell it to the other guy who was looking at it, or take my price. They took it.

Is it just me or does that car look wrong? The front tire seems too close to the rear of the fender well. Maybe they're too big and the wheel offset makes the whole car look too small. Or, maybe it's just me.

Wonder why they didn't show the top up?

not CL but found interesting. Looks like a formula with '75 grills and not sure how the ac works if it needs the pump.

Pontiac Trans Am . Excellent paint job and interior work to match original, tilt wheel, 80k original miles, transmission rebuilt, 300-400 automatic V8 engine, 2 doors, power windows/power locks, am/fm stereo plus original working 8-track player, bucket seats, new headers, new crankshaft, new weather stripping, new L5 wheels, new windshield, new rear defrost; needs speakers, but the cables work; a/c works - just needs pump; overall in great condition, very clean, excellent interior, runs great, sounds great - definitely worth checking out, so if you're interested please give us a call/email.
"300-400 automatic V8 engine" __ So are we supposed to average that out to interpret a 350?
L5; is that slang for Rally II?

Gotta wonder if this is a T/A that lost it's shaker hood, or an Espirit that found a Formula hood, etc.
Nice looking interior though.

A used '79 Trans Am gas tank and sending unit for only $750. Guess I shouldn't have scrapped the few old tanks I had laying around!
