If you're going to have the paint gun out anyway to do the right fender, why not remove the non-original rear appendage and fill/repaint while you're at it?

I really like the way this car was optioned. That's one of the cool things about Formulas, too - so many more combinations and permutations available.

I'm not as knowledgeable about '72s... were the Rally IIs part of the handling package?
