Saw that too, it's a factory mistake, the 9 didn't roll over to a 0.
just to ck, printed out the pic & went to the garage ck'ed the font on two '72 Norwood blocks... matches.

My 72 TA was built a week before this one and the two 0's stamped on the original block look like little o's on mine too. One is up top like it was a 9 and one is down low like it was a 6. Not sure why this happened but it's not the first time I've seen it either.
