100% agreement with that.

Brought to mind how inexpensive the hobby was as a kid...we all had 100s of models, slot cars, tools, supplies, storage cases, parts, etc.
From what I've noticed at Hobby Lobby, BigBox, etc. IIRC - These days one of those standard 1:25 scale model kits retails for between $15-$20ea. Or more. Hard to compete with a video game for those prices?

Here's a couple more. Really does bring back memories! I remember my buddy and I riding our bikes every Saturday morning to the local hobby shop. We'd usually bring back one car model each, build it during the week, then get another next Saturday. That's when models were about $3.50 each. Cutting grass around the neighborhood paid for my habit.
