I would say that more than anything it would depend on the amount of rust and body damage. Another factor would be if it is an HO or Ram Air car. Either of those options would increase the price significantly. I purchased mine several years ago for about 4500 and it was a running car with the original motor/transmission. It did have significant hidden rust that necessitated years of work. About 30k in it now and I've done 95% of the work.

Been down the same road only 10 yrs. ago and after 4k put another 16k into it doing all the work myself.
