'78 Oldsmobile Omega Nova Yanko - $5500 (whitmore lake)
© craigslist - Map data © OpenStreetMap 1978 Oldsmobile omega odometer: 79000 1978 Red w/Black Yenko racing striping Oldsmobile Omega. Featuring a 1971 Nova SS Drivetrain. Motor was built before I purchased the car so I'm unsure of the exact specifications. The motor has an aluminum rocker roller set up which is why it has the tall valve covers. The motor has an aluminum high performance intake and shorty headers. I put a brand new 750 Carter carb on it. The motor is part of the 71 Nova drivetrain and started out as a 350. Motor also has a high performance distributer. The drivetrain is from a 1971 Nova. It features a 350 Turbo Trans with a shift kit. The rear end is a fresh rebuilt 10 bolt possi track. I'm unsure of the actual gear ratio. The wheels on this car are American Racing wheels with drag radial tires. These are 15'' wheels and rims, not the original 14'' that came with the car. This car is solid metal, no bondo. Minor scratches here and there, nothing major. Interior is in excellent condition for a 35 year old car. The interior is original. I have the original steering wheel, but the cover is missing. I will include the original steering wheel with the car. The only things to my knowledge that are wrong with this car are the following: Needs a new taillight lens and a windshield wiper motor. The controls for the heater stick. Very minor buffing issues. Front main seal needs to be replaced due to car sitting. The car is in excellent running condition! VERY FAST!! Brand new not installed parts that I will throw in as extras include: Brand new Carter high volume fuel pump, brand new front springs that make the car sit higher, brand new bolt in frame connecters, brand new traction bars, brand new hurst pistol grip shifter, brand new line lock system. This car has been in my family for about 5 years. I bought this car from my brother about 6 months ago but have decided to sell it in order to fix up my truck.

No pics? Hey he never claimed it was a Yenko. Maybe Yanko is his last name.

I don't know it looks like it has a lot of bondo in the lower left ft. fender. If it's there it's other places to.
