I agree with your post. I think Justin was referring to how many runs can be made back to back before the bottles have to be refilled. My guess is it's less than 3.

Nitrous is much more violent and therefor subject to upsetting the chassis, a turbo car by comparison is a smoother application of power-- in most cases. Get carried away with either and you get into trouble, but the same can be said about the upper end N/A car.
