Yes there is a lot of talk about Q-jets but the main debate was just using spreadbore carb on spreadbore intake and squarebore carb on squarebore intake for "optiminum " matching of components or at least not a gross mismatch.
Not sure of which Q-jet is best. I believe the 73-74 SD carbs are up there but not very resonable due to the rarity of them. The 71(?) Buick 800 cfm is also a good choice iirc. And is it the 68-72 intakes that are the better ones?
