It was for sale several times, the last time would've been when I bought it in 97, it was listed at 14.5k in hemmings. No idea what it sold for the time before that... The guy I bought it from said the interior was in the trunk and the nose had been smacked when he got it (came from Houston then)

It had been damaged during production and went dirt cheap when it was first sold!

Must've been before you got it then. I'm certain it was in hemmings when I saw it, but I think it was like $8500 when I saw the ad.

Probably, Hemings was the best way to sell a classic back in the day -- it was probably in there several different times.
I do know that the other car was in there for like 9500 in 96.

Unfortunately no, that was the pretty one! Mine was the #2 car... I understand it was rushed to be delivered in a month.

Nope, that's the first car, mine was the #2. I'd consider it more of a stunt double (although it sounded like they both got beat on pretty good during filming).
