Anyone know what a GOOD KRE High Port will flow?

More then mine, I think they max out at around 390 or so.

In the right hands 430 cfm - 440 cfm from what I've heard with offset rocker shafts. Not sure what lift range that is though. I know 440 cfm at .900" lift would do me no good. I want everything under 800" lift.
