1. At this point I've decided to hang on to the junk I have with a few improvements and invest a little in a street car and a gto resto.

I don't believe there would be sufficient room for future improvement (I'd need 100+ at the same cid to make it make sense) If I switched to ANY head they would need considerable work to show that improvement. A big investment for a little gain. Likely 12-15000. I could switch for less but would stay the same performance and who wants to spend 9500-10500 and not improve on the power and performance they currently have.
3. I've tried selling my stuff and the consensus was that I was being stupid wanting 6500 for the whole top end including cam and lifters and shaft setup including pushrods.

people think you can get this level of performance with 3500 wide ports. and all their existing parts...NOT!
4. The cool aide deal is unattractive to me....Sorry I tried to say it nicer but it was a bunch o gobbily gook.
