Yes Sir...but not about Jack, Kinsler, Brian, Leach, Slowbird, Wreckmstr and others, they race all the time.

Since you brought it up, there are a number of guys that have CV1s that race all the time and run consistantly hard and you never see them caught up it this.

Took the wife's 79 T/A to the track Sunday. Daily driver, Had to get that rush going. Been well over a year, was getting depressed. LOL.

Made 5 passes. First light a .601 on a .500 tree. Ran 13 teens all day long on 87 octane, Crane #068 upgrade type cam and shifting at 5000 rpm.

Then finally a 13.04 and the rest of the lights............ .018, .014, .015 and a .012 !!!!!!!!!!!!
Maybe need to do some "lowly bracket racing" with the wife's car. LOL. .
The old man still got it.


Talked with Mike and his flying Gold 70 GTO, tuning for the upcoming NMCA event.

Jim Butcher was there tuning for the 6.50 index class.
