I find the construction interesting as floor is using the studs in tension to roof with lots of connector plates? Big truss type construction. Is this a framing package?

Custom built based on our design. We went with the large truss system with studs tied in so the entire first floor is open space with no columns or support poles in the middle. Spray foam insulation is being finished today. Here's a couple of shots from below:

After better than 20 years of pleading with the other half she finally caved in.
Put this up about 5 years ago. 45x40.
Natural gas furnace and insulated. Want to put in a mezzanine for storage someday.
Also can't decide whether to install either a 2 post or a 4 post lift

It's a metal building with the front spruced up a little to match the house.

Spray foam is the way to get more R value in a 2x4 stud. Will you get at least R 19? Got those joist hangers on those 2 x12s already? Thats a "coachhouse" for sure!
