Default What exactly is he selling?

This guy sells junked, scrap cars on eBay. He shows several pictures of paperwork from martiauto.com describing the car production notes, then maybe one poorly taken picture of a clapped out shell of a car with no parts left on it. Check out his listings.

My guess is that what he is selling is the tags only. That is the only thing that he actually mentions in the ad. Tags only, no title!!!
