Nobody...? I use black epoxy primer on a regular basis. Like black paint, it's great for highlighting irregularities.

the (formerly) NOS, over-the-counter shaker that Craig is fixing for me is still in it's original black primer (never painted). Someone removed the solenoid bracket at some point in the past, so it's needs some minor surgery, but is otherwise untouched.

I stand corrected , one guy uses black primer. Anybody else?
